1. Service Fulfillment Once an engagement is agreed upon and the Pioneer Consulting Agreement ("Agreement") is signed, we will begin providing services as specified in the Agreement. Fulfillment of our services is based on the terms and timelines outlined in each individual Agreement. We commit to delivering high-quality services designed to meet the specific goals outlined by our clients.

2. Refund Policy Due to the bespoke nature of our services, refunds are generally not offered on services rendered. However, in cases where Pioneer has not begun executing on the Agreement, clients may be eligible for a partial or full refund depending on the specific circumstances. Such refunds are discretionary and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Often, Pioneer offers prorated refund if the customer receives a discouragement notice from a funding agency.

3. Cancellation Policy Clients may cancel their services subject to the terms of the specific Agreement. To cancel an engagement, clients must notify Pioneer in writing before the next scheduled milestone or billing period. Any amounts already billed or paid are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the Agreement.

4. Modifications to Services If you need to modify the scope of your services after signing the Agreement, please contact us as soon as possible. We will discuss the potential impacts on the service delivery and timeline, and adjustments may be made to the Agreement as necessary. Additional fees may apply depending on the nature of the modifications.
